RewardXpress is operated by WayAppsDeveloper, a company based in Kanpur, India India. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through the App.

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your full name and email address.
  • Phone Number: We collect your phone number. This is used for account authentication to prevent fraud and, with your consent, to send you SMS alerts about new offers and rewards. To opt out just send an email to our support team.
  • Reward & Payment Information: To pay out your rewards, we collect necessary details based on your chosen method:
    • For PayPal: Your PayPal email address.
    • For Gift Cards: Your chosen gift card type (e.g., Amazon, etc.) and the email address to send it to.
    • For Cryptocurrency: Your cryptocurrency wallet address for the relevant network (e.g., Tron, Polygon).
  • Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we keep a record of the conversation.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: IP address, device ID, device type, and operating system.
  • Usage Information: Your activity in the App, including your complete transaction history, the offers you interact with, and the time and date of your activity.

C. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To improve your experience and the App's performance, we may store some information locally on your device. This may include your session token for authentication, app preferences, or cached data to help the app load faster.

7. Data Storage & International Transfers

To provide the best performance and comply with regional data standards, we store user data in servers located in their respective region. Data for our European users is primarily stored in the European Union. Data for our United States users is primarily stored in the USA. Data for users in other regions may be stored in any of these locations or other global data centers.

As a global company, our support and operations teams, primarily located in India, may need to access this information to provide services and support. When your data is accessed from a country outside of its primary storage region, we ensure it is protected. For any such transfer, especially concerning data from the EU/UK, we use legally-approved safeguards required by GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that within the EU.

10. Account Deletion

  • For iOS users: You can use the direct account deletion button within the App.
  • For Android users: Please follow the account deletion instructions provided in the app description on the Google Play Store.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

12. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Following a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal account information (like your name, email, and phone number) within 30 days.

However, to comply with financial auditing, tax laws, and anti-fraud regulations, we are required to retain a permanent record of all transactions (such as reward type, date, value, and an anonymized user ID). This transaction data is kept securely and is not used for any other purpose.

13. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately for its deletion.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.
